My Purpose as expressed by those with more eloquence than I

“I must study politics and war that my sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry, and porcelain.”

- John Adams

"These are not the vapors of a melancholy mind, nor the effusions of envy, disappointed ambition, nor of a spirit of opposition to government, but the emanations of a hear that burns for its country's welfare. No one of any feeling, born and educated in this once happy country, can consider the numerous distresses, the gross indignities, the barbarous ignorance, the haughty usurpations, that we have reason to fear are meditating for ourselves, our children, our neighbors, in short, for all our countrymen and all their posterity, without the utmost agonies of hear and many tears."

-John Adams

"I do not stand here as advocate for any partisan cause, for the issues are fundamental and quite beyond the realm of partisan consideration. They must be resolved on the highest plane of national interest of our course is to prove sound and our future protected. I trust, therefore, that you will do me the justice of receiving that which I have to say as solely expressing the considered viewpoint of a fellow American. I address you with neither rancor nor bitterness...with but one purpose in mind - to serve my country."

Romney's Wealth vs. Gingrich's Debt

As Newt Gringrich surges in the polls, the GOP presidential candidate is struggling to get out from under a mountain of debt from luxury jets and other pricey expenses racked up early in his campaign. How are conservatives falling for this guy!? He can't even get his own campaign finances under control, HE IS IN DEBT! How is he supposed to even come close to fixing the financial disaster America is in now, he played a part in expanding our national debt by supporting big government through the creation of ever growing bureaucracies like the Department of Education!
Now let's take a look at Mitt Romney's financial situation. Romney’s net worth is between $190 million and $250 million. He made and managed his money through capitalism and understanding how the economy works, not through sleezy back room deals like Mr. Gringrich has been known for. Furthermore, as Mitt Romney made his fortune largely from founding his venture capital firm, Bain Capital that created jobs and strengthened the economy, while Gingrich has spent his whole career in politics supporting the expansion and over spending of government when it benefited him politically and financially.
